On Thursday 19 January, Employment Service Providers and Workforce Australia Local Jobs enjoyed a tour of the Southern Star Group Production Facility in Bell Park, Geelong.
The Southern Star Group specialise in the design, manufacture and supply of Southern Star aluminium windows and doors and Canterbury timber windows and doors for the domestic housing market.
Currently the Southern Star Group have over 40 Production Worker roles to fill. The roles are permanent full time with early and late shifts available working from Monday to Friday. View the job advertisement via the Southern Star Group Careers page.
The Production Manager provided the Employment Service Providers with a comprehensive tour of the different areas of the factory, providing a great insight into the requirements of these entry level roles, which require no previous experience. After touring the factory, Employment Service Providers will now be better informed to inform suitable jobseekers of this employment opportunity.
